José is a passionate and experienced fencing athlete with a competitive background spanning over a decade.

José started in foil at the age of 5 and became a multiple-time national champion in Colombia at the youth level. He transitioned to épée at age 12, achieving national champion titles in cadet, junior, and senior categories.

From 2017 to 2019, José worked as a fencing coach at various schools, helping young athletes build strong technical foundations and passion for the sport.

José is dedicated to promoting fencing through high-level instruction and competitive excellence.
